Born in 1989 in Gümüşhane, he pursued legal studies in the United Kingdom. He graduated from the International Relations Department of TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2015 and completed his master’s degree in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University in 2020. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the Industrial Policies and Technology Management program at Istanbul Commerce University.

In addition to his public sector experience in media and communication, he is the founder of AIdea Tech, where he provides consultancy services in technology and artificial intelligence projects. He is one of the 11 founding members and the vice president of the Artificial Intelligence Policies Association (AIPA). He is fluent in English and has a beginner-level proficiency in French and Arabic.
