Deniz Güler is the Vice President of the Turkish Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK). He graduated from Ankara Atatürk Anadolu High School. He completed his undergraduate education in the Statistics department at Gazi University. He earned his master’s degree in Marketing from Gazi University and completed his PhD in Business Administration and Local Government at the same university.

From 2004 to 2007, he worked as an assistant expert at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism during his career. Since 2007, he has been serving at RTÜK. He has held the position of Head of the Public Opinion, Broadcast Research, and Measurement Department. As of 2024, he has been appointed as Vice President of RTÜK
